Mini Tactical Compact 650nm Red Dot Laser Sight 20mm Weaver Picatinny Rail Mount Description Up for sale is a Made in China laser sight, which is basically a new old stock item as it remained in its packaging for an unknown number of years. This sight belonged to a family member who is no longer with us, so I’m basically selling this off as part of an ongoing estate sale. Personally, I don’t know that much about these kind of items, but I did find a similar (or better put… exact) item listing and luckily it listed some specs, which I’ve copied and pasted to this description below. The original set of three LR41 batteries (which I mistakenly thought were LR44’s as I was typing up this listing) that were kept in the packaging had expired and leaked, so they were replaced by the AG3 button cell batteries that are now included for this item listing… and as you can see from pictures #17 & 18, the laser dot is still very much operational even with this alternative button cell replacement (they’re technically the same battery, by the way, just a different name designation). The laser sight comes with three Allen hex keys for adjusting the screws and accessing both the battery and laser sight covers. The laser sight cover has some black goo (possibly a lubricant) which can be seen when the cover is taken off. Even though there seems to be a noticeable spill in that compartment, it doesn’t seem to affect the operation of the laser dot itself. Specs: Power: < 5mW Voltage: DC 4.5V, 3 pcs LR41 (or included AG3's) Wavelength: 650nM Effective distance: 300 meter at night (please note that the packaging only states > 100m) Weight (net): 30g (1.1 Ounces) 20mm Picatinny Rail. Size: 28x26mm, mini style T6061 High class aluminum alloy in beautiful black matte and tactical style On/off switch is located in the back of the red laser sight Windage & elevation adjustable with supplied hex key tool Shock proof and can be used on real fire caliber Battery runtime: 2-3 hours Working temperature: -10°to 45° Laser dot size at 10 meter: < 2mm The packaging may have some wear on it from general age and storage, but the items themselves are still in like new condition. One of the hex keys appears to be a bit bent, and I can only assume that this slight warpage must have come from it being in the packaging for so long.
